Compensation and Bonuses:
New Business - 50% of Agency Commissions (Up to 75%)
Renewal Business - 15% of Agency Commissions managed by an account manager (Up to 25%)
Competitive bonus structure for hitting KPI's ($500 - $3000/bonuses/month)
Outbound Sales Training is provided
No desk fee for the first 6 months - Desk Fee of $275/month thereafter for CRM, Phone, & more
The Position
This position is designed for a highly motivated individual that can follow a process and complete tasks designated by our system to lead clients through our sales funnel. This is an independent contractor role that provides you the ability to set your own schedule. We are looking for licensed Property & Casualty individuals who have insurance in the medical malpractice insurance industry.
The Company
We provide Medical Professional Liability and Commercial Insurance to Physicians and Healthcare professionals in the states of California, Arizona & Nevada. We are a full-service brokerage firm, dedicated solely to Physicians and Healthcare Professionals.
Responsibilities:
Utilize an adaptive sales & service approach to healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate case files, prepare for renewals in a timely fashion, and further the broker/client relationship through constant contact addressing the insured's insurance needs and concerns by offering additional coverage options.
Analyze any risk and provide many benefits through understanding of ISO standard or non-ISO policy forms, exclusions, endorsements, and the terms or conditions of a policy form.
Effectively bridge leads to become clients and obtain all necessary documents to provide binding services through our purchasing department.
Utilize negotiation skills to develop complex insurance management packages.
Evaluate applications for accurate and appropriate responses before submitting them to underwriting and direct prospects in the final application process.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be located in the State of California, preferably in Southern California
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make critical business decisions effectively.
